Aurora Projects was founded by Sameer Aurora to help arts and cultural organizations thrive through thoughtful strategy, clear execution, and meaningful transformation.

With extensive experience across the arts, finance, and management consulting, Sameer brings a uniquely cross-disciplinary approach to each project. He and the team draw upon a deep understanding of the art world—shaped by senior roles at leading galleries and collaborations with museums, fairs, non-profits, and artists—alongside the rigor of corporate strategy and business management.

Sameer is a passionate supporter of emerging artists and is frequently invited to residencies to mentor on financial literacy and professional development. He also advises collectors and artist estates on collection strategy and legacy planning.

Sameer holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business and a BA from Hampshire College. He lives in New York City, where he enjoys exploring global culture, building community with creatives, and spending time with his daughter.
